The Story
The client wanted a timeless coastal home that captured the spirit of Mediterranean beach architecture while remaining within a modest construction budget. Key requirements included 3 bedrooms, DSQ, indoor courtyard, generous natural lighting, and a strong indoor-outdoor connection. By designing backwards from the available budget and carefully optimizing every square meter, the project achieved a level of spatial richness that exceeds its footprint. The resulting home offers resort-style living, passive comfort, and the charm of an Italian coastal villa, all within a highly efficient and carefully controlled building envelope.
